Rollback approval trigger of chromatic #585

The past few weeks, though it's been much more convenient to trigger, there have been problems with chromatic not registering updates from PRs (that have been accepted with changes) as being merged to main to serve as the new baseline

Trying to roll this back temporarily to see if it just perhaps needs a delay (usually chromatic is the last thing preventing merge of a PR, so as soon as it passes the merge goes through)
